J.L. (Larry) Black

J.L. (Larry) Black was a Distinguished Research Professor and is now Professor Emeritus of Carleton University in Ottawa. With degrees from Mount Allison, Boston and McGill Universities, he has published over 50 books on the USSR and present-day Russia, and Canadian-Russian relations. The most recent of these is Putin’s Third Term as Russia’s President, 2012-18 (London: Routledge, 2019). (55)
